BPI May Now Provide Building Energy Ratings in the State
MALTA, N.Y. — Building Performance Institute Inc. (BPI) announced the group will be recognized by the state of Florida to provide a building energy-efficiency rating system in the state.
SB 269 was signed into law by Florida Gov. Rick Scott, with the legislation redefining the structure of the building energy-efficiency system, ratings, and the credentialing options available to professionals providing energy evaluations
in Florida.
