Feb. 17, 2005: Marion County Schools Selects Johnson Controls For Improvements
MILWAUKEE - Marion County Schools in West Virginia has selected Johnson Controls to implement a performance contract to improve the comfort and operational efficiency of 20 facilities.
A performance contract applies facility improvements that are funded by the energy and operational savings that they create. Through this performance contract with Johnson Controls, the district will be able to reallocate more than $4 million in additional funds to implement other changes to the schools.
