Eggleston has been with Mestek Inc. for more than 13 years in various capacities advancing through progressively more responsible positions in both product development and sales.
The SEAL Environmental Initiative Award is part of the annual SEAL Business Sustainability Awards recognizing firms throughout the U.S. for promoting a more environmentally sustainable business model.
McTavish is the assistant business unit manager for the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural group within Dewberry’s Midwest engineering group.
As new technologies spread across the country, the professionals who integrate these technologies into their communities’ broader planning, safety, and resilience efforts often lack access to the most up-to-date training and information.

Trautman moves into this role from his previous position as Fujitsu’s Regional sales manager in the south central region, and draws from extensive experience gained through numerous responsibilities with Johnson Controls, Carrier Enterprises, and Lennox Industries.
