The conference’ main speakers include Marc Randolph, a founding CEO of video service Netflix; John Rossman, a former Amazon.com executive and author of The Amazon Way: 14 Leadership Principles Behind the World’s Most Disruptive Company; and association economist Alan Beaulieu.

Randolph is expected to share tips, tricks and stories drawn from his four decades as an entrepreneur that will teach attendees how to be more responsive to changing market conditions.

In Rossman’s session, he will introduce attendees to the corporate culture of the world’s largest Internet retailer, with a focus on the 14 leadership principles that have guided and shaped its decisions and its distinctive leadership culture.

Beaulieu will provide economic insights and forecasts with suggestions for HARDI distributors.
