2015 HVAC construction education classes will start next month at Bell & Gossett’s Little Red Schoolhouse, the Xylem brand’s training facility in Morton Grove, Ill.
The first classes will cover the design and application of water-based green HVAC systems and will take place Feb. 2-4.
“Proposed pump efficiency legislation is a hot topic right now, and our team at Xylem has been at the forefront of those discussions and developments,” said Larry Konopacz, the program’s manager of training and education. “We’re excited to share our system solutions with the rest of the industry and ensure they are compliant with the current codes. Little Red Schoolhouse seminars provide attendees with the tools necessary to provide the best recommendations for their customers and end users.”
The seminars are aimed at engineers, wholesalers and contractors in the plumbing and hydronic HVAC market.
According to program officials, the Little Red Schoolhouse has trained more than 60,000 HVAC construction contractors, engineers and installers.
