Geothermal products recognized for performance
WaterFurnace International’s
Envision and Synergy3D geothermal heat pumps have earned the “most efficient”
designation for 2012 from Energy Star.
“Energy efficiency and environmental responsibility are at the core of every WaterFurnace product, so we’re especially proud to achieve this designation,” said Michael Albertson, senior vice president of sales and marketing at WaterFurnace. “Both the Envision and Synergy3D series achieve nearly 500 percent efficiency in heating and energy-efficiency ratios in cooling of 30 and 23.7 respectively, allowing homeowners to enjoy savings as high as 70 percent on their utility bills while reducing their carbon footprint.”
The designation means the WaterFurnace products will be listed in a special section of the Energy Star website and note the award on its in-store product displays.
