Virginia mayor to give RSES keynote
The RSES has picked Dr. Alan P.
Krasnoff, a chiropractor and mayor of Chesapeake, Va., as keynote speaker for
its Nov. 2-5 conference.
Krasnoff will speak about “Economic challenges and opportunities facing communities in the 21st century” at 8 a.m. Nov. 3.
A member of Chesapeake’s city council since 1990, Krasnoff was elected mayor in 2008.
