Company has new HVAC construction mobile app
HVAC construction contractors now have on-the-go, real-time access to construction documents, critical data and project information, thanks to a new construction mobile application released by Dexter & Chaney.
The company says the Project Plan Room app was designed to increase efficiency and collaboration between office and field staff, providing subcontractors with a powerful tool to retrieve the latest construction data on-site. It is capable of working online or offline, but once an Internet connection is established, the app can synchronize with Dexter & Chaney’s Spectrum construction software to access updates or new documents in a simple, one-tap function.
“Contractors are far too familiar with the burden of carrying reams of paperwork into the field with them on projects. These traditional forms of documentation can get torn, lost or drawn on to the point where they are unreadable,” said company co-founder and CEO John Chaney. “With the Project Plan Room app, contractors and subcontractors get the latest revision to any project document quickly and easily.
