The Manitowoc Co. Inc. announced that it has sold its Jackson warewashing business to Hoshizaki USA Holdings Inc. Specific terms of the asset sale were not disclosed. Jackson is a leading producer of warewashing equipment systems primarily for institutions and commercial kitchen applications.
EMCOR Group Inc. announced that it has entered into an agreement to sell its Toronto-based Canadian subsidiary, Comstock Canada Ltd., to CCL Equities Inc., an Ontario, Canada-based corporation.
Ingersoll-Rand plc has entered into an agreement to sell a 60 percent stake in its Hussmann refrigerated display case business to the private equity firm Clayton Dubilier & Rice LLC (CD&R).
