• The Virginia Coalition for Fair Competition (VCFC) has reached an agreement with Virginia-based utility RGC Resources. Under the agreement, RGC Resources, Inc., is the exempt holding company for several affiliates, including Roanoke Gas Company and Bluefield Gas Company. The agreement also says that the utility will support fair competition as it relates to members of VCFC, and it will not currently enter into the hvac business in Virginia in a manner that exceeds its current service practices.
