The Predator® family of HVAC application-specific controllers are pre-programmed LonMark®-certified devices. They are a part of the open protocol Talon® HVAC control system. These controllers feature a two-piece design to protect electronics during installation and wiring and snap-in terminal connections, states the company. According to the manufacturer, reliable flash memory returns a Predator to service from power interruptions without reprogramming. These controllers come with up to five universal inputs and up to eight digital and three analog outputs. Spare input/output points can be used for additional control of occupancy sensors, lighting, or other devices.
