Rheem Introduces Training Network

FORT SMITH, Ark. - Rheem Manufacturing Co.'s Air Conditioning Division redesigned its HVAC training programs to provide enhanced training products and services to professionals who may be strapped for time, but who are committed to having access to product, technical, and business training.

"The Training Network: Tools For Success" replaces the company's Learning Center programs. Contractors and distributors will begin seeing the new program's logo on all product, technical, and business training materials available from Rheem and Ruud.

The most significant upgrade to the program, the company said, is the ability to link customers with industry experts covering a wide range of technical and business skills training. Rheem said its program will assemble a training partner team to meet the changing needs and expectations of the HVAC contractor, distributor, homeowner, and business operator.

Other enhancements include access to business-building education through a network of training resources. Business and sales seminars are designed to create the best practices needed for increasing profitability, enhancing customer satisfaction, building employee confidence, and promoting continuous improvement and growth.
