Tecumseh Products Co. (Tecumseh, MI) announces the declaration of a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.32 per share payable June 29, 2001 to shareholders of its Class A and Class B Common Stock as of June 15, 2001.

State Industries, Inc. (Ashland City, TN), announces that a new dealer-identity program is available, free of charge, to plumbing, heating, and air conditioning contractors who register to become certified Maytag water heater dealers and purchase the water heaters. To join, a contractor should contact his/her local State-Maytag distributor to obtain a signup form. The program runs through December 31. Nordyne (St. Louis, MO) has entered into a long-term relationship with Excellence Alliance, Inc. (EAI). As a part of this relationship, Nordyne will offer EAI members a complete line of heating-cooling products and replacement parts for residential and light commercial markets. The company will be one of two hvac manufacturers to have a strategic alliance with EAI.

Andover Controls Corporation (Andover, MA) announces an alliance with Veeder-Root, a supplier of automatic tank gauging and fuel management systems. Andover Controls will offer its customers Veeder-Root’s full range of TLS-300 automatic tank gauge systems, sensors, and probes.

The Trane Company (Tyler, TX) has been named a Sears Partner in Progress for 2000. This award is presented annually to a select group of vendor companies that supply Sears, Roebuck and Co. with quality products and services, from apparel, appliances, and tools to marketing, transportation services, and technology. Trane also received the Innovation Award for its products and training programs, including CD- and web-based courses.

Randolph Bard, the second-generation family leader of Bard Manufacturing (Bryan, OH), was inducted into the Modular Building Institute (MBI) Hall of Fame for his significant hvac contributions to the modular building industry. Bard retired from the company in 1981 after 55 years of service.

The board of directors of Modine Manufacturing Company (Racine, WI) approved an annual dividend of $1 per share on its common stock for fiscal 2002. This dividend will be consistent with the fiscal-2001 rate and will be payable quarterly at $0.25 per share.

Research Products Corporation (Madison, WI) announces that it will again offer free dealer imprints on all of its digital and programmable thermostats through June 30. According to Joe Hlavacek, product manager, a dealer’s name and phone number may be imprinted at no charge on any qualifying order of Aprilaire® thermostats.
