Field Service Management ES is a service management software solution that rolls work orders, dispatching, GPS mapping, invoicing, and payroll all into one system. When a service call comes in, it gives dispatchers a dashboardful of information, including each technician’s work orders, location, and status. When a technician runs late or a customer calls in at the last minute to reschedule, the work order can be dragged and dropped to a new timeslot assignment. Technicians are automatically updated through their mobile device. The program can store equipment information, allowing technicians to view the equipment service history before beginning a job in the field. Integration with Google Maps allows the dispatcher to track workers and locate customer sites. Payments can be taken in the field. Once a payment is handed to the technician, the update on a mobile device is ready to sync with a click of a button.
