According to the company, basic product information, installation instructions, and material safety data sheets are available to any viewer of the DiversiTech site. With appropriate log-in credentials, customers can inquire about the status of their orders, collect tracking information about recent shipments, and view shipment histories. Sales representatives can view current sales reports, inquire about the status of their customers' orders, collect tracking information about recent shipments, and view customers' shipping histories.
