— Craig Davis has been named president and chief operating officer of Performance Contracting, Inc., PCG’s largest subsidiary;

— Glenn Frye, senior vice president, operations, has expanded responsibilities including Insulation & Specialty Services Division; Marine Division; Engineered Systems Division; Industrial Services Division; Performance Abatement Services; Promatec Technologies; and Thermal & Corrosion Control, Ltd.;

— Jon Miklos has been named senior vice president, operations, and will be responsible for the Interior Division; Technology Group; Cold Storage Division; Masthead International; and Ardmac/PCI; and

— Pat Fulton has been appointed vice president, operations, Marine Division.
