BIXBY, Okla. - Eddie Woods, owner of Meeko Heating and Air, has developed a patent-pending technology, called Quality Efficiency Assurance, that is said to help significantly reduce refrigerant leakage, according to an article in the newspaper Tulsa World. Detailed testing began earlier this year on a prototype.
According to information on the company's Web site (www.meekoworld.com), the QEA device was designed to better assure a proper vacuum by allowing access to refrigerant charging points only if the correct vacuum is present.
