TEMPE, AZ — Environmental Support Solutions, Inc. (Environ.com) has been appointed to the Advisory Committee of the Congressional Internet Caucus. The caucus is a bipartisan group of more than 100 members of the House and Senate working to unlock the promise and potential of the Internet.

In the past, the caucus has addressed such issues as content, access, band-width, privacy, and security. Other companies on the committee include Microsoft Corp., MCI WorldCom, AT&T, eBay, Inc., IBM, Compaq, and Novell.

Environ.com provides a suite of software to businesses and other organizations for regulatory compli-ance management. It is also res-ponsible for Web-based “paperless” enterprise compliance solutions.

“The Government Paperwork Elimination Act of 1998, requires federal agencies by Oct. 21, 2003, to allow individuals or entities who deal with these agencies the option to submit information or transact with the agencies electronically when applicable,” said Robert J. Johnson, Environ.com president and ceo.

Johnson will serve as the software company’s representative to the caucus.
