MINNEAPOLIS, MN — Honeywell’s Home and Building Control business has been awarded $18.1 million in Energy Savings Performance Contracts (ESPCs) by the U.S. Army Engineering and Support Center to design and install high-efficiency boiler and building control systems for 116 buildings at the Fort Dix U.S. Army Reserve Installation near Wrightstown in southern New Jersey.
The new Fort Dix contracts are in addition to a $1.9 million lighting retrofit contract Honeywell implemented there in 1998.
