Dearman Opens Clean Cold and Power Technology Centre
Facility claimed to be ‘world’s first’ is opened in Croydon, London
Joined by the Minister of State for Universities and Science, Jo Johnson, at the official opening of its Clean Cold and Power Technology Centre, the new facility is home to Dearman’s research and development activities, including the delivery of a range of zero-emission cold and power technologies.
The company is said to be working on varied applications of its technology for use in the built environment, transportation, and logistics. All applications utilize the Dearman engine, a piston engine powered by the expansion of liquid air to provide clean cooling and power.
