EAST PETERSBURG, Pa. — The National Association of Oil and Energy Service Professionals (OESP) will introduce new Professional Service Manager’s Academy courses during its Road Show at Mohegan Sun in Connecticut from May 12-13, 2014 and at the Wyndham Hotel in Gettysburg, Pa., from Sept. 21-23, 2014. The Road Show’s education program will include both professional development and technical sessions.

OESP said the Road Show will include four mini-sessions in the Professional Service Manager’s Academy curriculum. These sessions will tackle such business topics as financial analysis, management, and human resources. How do you improve financial performance? How do you evaluate business processes and implement change? How do you build a winning team and keep them motivated? The sessions will be designed to answer these questions and more.

These Professional Service Manager’s Academy mini-session courses will also be offered in expanded format during 2014 and 2015.

Online registration for the OESP Road Show will open in late January 2014. Visit http://thinkoesp.org/events/a-new-route-to-success/ to learn more.
