PEWAUKEE, Wis. — HVAC and refrigeration wholesaler Gustave A. Larson Co. recently honored the winners of its annual supplier evaluation.

Receiving the 2011 Partners in Excellence and Quality (PEAQ) award were Advanced Distributor Products, Armacell LLC, Heatcraft Refrigeration Products, Heating & Cooling Products, and Nu-Calgon Wholesaler Inc.

The winners are chosen through an evaluation of data collected throughout the year considering various measurements of the quality of partnering in business. Factors considered in the evaluation process are product quality, profitability, marketing, sales support, electronic commerce capabilities, on-time deliveries, basic credit terms, policies, and procedures.

The Larson Co. also recently honored its top supplier sales personnel across each of its five regions. The criteria used to evaluate the sales personnel include quality of sales call, product knowledge, communication skills, and accountability. Winners included Great Lakes Region: Andy Senti, Tem Tek LLC; North Central Region: Ron Rizzo, DuPont Fluoroproducts; Mountain Region: Katrina Shafer, Vista Sales Associates; East Central Region: Dennis Edwards, Heating and Cooling; and Great Plains Region: Dan Thompson, Lennox Hearth Products.
