MEMPHIS, Tenn. - ARS/Rescue Rooter, a nationwide provider of air conditioning, heating, and plumbing services, has announced the purchase of Memphis, Tenn.-based Conway Services Heating, Cooling & Plumbing.

Conway Services is one of the largest service providers in the Mid-South. Established in 1990, the company has grown from a one-truck operation and is currently celebrating its 20th anniversary.

Conway Services will continue to be managed by John Conway, the company’s founder. “I am impressed with the opportunity for growth ARS/Rescue Rooter will provide us, while aligning with me to continue to run this business with the same commitment to employee satisfaction and exceptional customer service that I believe in so strongly,” said Conway.

“We partnered with Conway Services to be a part of our national network because its commitment to total customer satisfaction and doing things right the first time coincides with our strategic vision for growth,” said Don Karnes, ARS/Rescue Rooter chief executive officer.
