Avon Supply Co.’s previous owner, Robert Berman, will remain with the company as president.

Motion Industries Inc. announced that it has completed the acquisition of Applied Machine and Motion Control Inc.

Motion has entered into agreements to acquire TRC Hydraulics and F&L Industrial Solutions Inc.
