Oct. 25, 2005: Milwaukee Brewers Renew Contract With Johnson Controls
MILWAUKEE - Johnson Controls Inc. announced that it has been awarded a multi-year contract by the Milwaukee Brewers baseball team to continue its integrated facility management services for Miller Park. Johnson Controls said it has helped the Milwaukee Brewers reduce maintenance and operation costs and optimize efficiencies since the opening of Miller Park in 2001.
The new contract includes continued operations and maintenance of the building controls using the Johnson Controls Metasys® building management system that monitors Miller Park's HVAC, fire, security, and lighting systems. The contract has been expanded to include services such as 24-hour remote monitoring from the Johnson Controls remote operations center, all general maintenance responsibilities, and the management of all major mechanical and electrical subcontractors that service Miller Park.
