TECO/BGA Ltd., a partnership between Bosek, Gibson and Associates (BGA) and the senior partners of Tampa Bay Trane, recently completed the state’s first third-party owned and operated district cooling facility serving multiple customers.
The new chiller plant, located in Tampa’s historic Ybor City, has a 3,400-ton maximum capacity and includes Trane electric-driven centrifugal chillers, pumps, cooling towers, and accessories.
