EAST PETERSBURG, Pa. - The National Association of Oil Heating Service Managers (NAOHSM) will offer a two-day training class for service managers. Participants will work on gross profit planning, service agreements, business plans, customer relations, job descriptions, and tasks of the service manager. The class is a prerequisite to the Professional Service Manager's Academy, which will be launched later this year in conjunction with Pennsylvania State University.
Class sections are offered Aug. 11-12 in Philadelphia and Aug. 18-19 in Manchester, N.H.
