HARTFORD, Conn. - The roundtable discussions are a perennial favorite at the conventions of the National Association of Oil Heat Service Managers (NAOHSM), and the 51st annual convention was no exception. A record 5,211 people attended this year's convention at the Connecticut Expo Center in Hartford, according to NAOHSM executive administrator Judy Garber, and the roundtable discussions gave many of them ample opportunity to network and share their concerns with industry peers.
This year, there were six separate discussions; each lasted an hour and ran on two consecutive days. The topics were: venting/air quality, oil burners, steam, hydronics, domestic hot water, and theory of combustion.
