DURHAM, NC — A North Carolina wholesaler is a trustee on the newly formed James D. Wilder Foundation.

Jeff Files of East Coast Metal Distributors Inc. of Durham is one of eight board members. The foundation was established to "provide small grants for students engaged in short term projects involving the marketing, movement, storage, and sale of products used in the heating and air-conditioning industry," according to a statement from the foundation.
