CHANTILLY, Va. — The 2003 Campaign For Quality Construction National Issues Conference is scheduled for May 5- 7, at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Washington, D.C. According to the Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors’ National Association (SMACNA), the conference will focus on key construction industry business issues and serve to amplify the message of union signatory employers on Capitol Hill.
Stuart Rothenberg, political analyst, will share information on political trends for the 108th Congress. Rothenberg publishes a biweekly newsletter and is a columnist for Capitol Hill’s Roll Call magazine.
