PsyCalc for the Palm™ is the new, portable version of the company’s PsyCalc® desktop software. To use it, enter two variables, and the program shows eight other psychrometric properties of that air. This version also calculates the blend of two airstreams and the energy change for any air conditioning process. It can be used in either I-P or SI units, and can convert values between these two measurement systems. It is accurate, states the company, between -80 and 400 degrees F for altitudes below 65,000 ft, and for pressure up to 400 psi (between -62 and 204 degrees C below 19,800 meters, and for pressures up to 2,700 kPa).
