Model 380974 clamp meter and phase rotation tester measures ac current to 1,000A and ac voltage to 600V, with a 1.2% basic vac accuracy, the company says. The ac frequency measurements range from 40 to 400 Hz. The meter also measures resistance and capacitance and includes diode and continuity testing. Capacitance measurements can be used to test motor-starting capacitors, and the peak hold function can be used to ascertain what the motor-starting current is. It provides L1, L2, L3 (R, S,T) phase sequence testing. The meter comes with three test leads, a 9-V battery, and case.
