St. LOUIS, MO — The Building Officials Code Administrators International, Inc. (BOCA) will present the Code Official Institute in St. Louis, MO. This four-day event, Feb. 13-16, will instruct code enforcement administrators on how to improve their administrative skills.
Experts will address a new skill each day. Topics include: critical skills, personal management, communica-tions, finance and legal aspects.
