ARS Hires Andrew DeCastro as Senior Vice President and Head of Corporate Development
MEMPHIS, Tenn — American Residential Services (ARS/Rescue Rooter), one of the nation's largest providers of residential HVAC and plumbing services, hired Andrew DeCastro as its senior vice president and head of corporate development.
DeCastro will be responsible for the continued strategic growth of ARS, focusing on acquiring businesses across the U.S. and integrating them into the ARS network. DeCastro brings a wealth of merger and acquisition experience to ARS. He previously served as director of M&A and strategy at Summit Utilities Inc. Previously, he worked for 13 years at Connecticut-based HomeServe USA, starting as director of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and rising to executive vice president for corporate development, M&A, and business development.
