Since its initial outbreak in Wuhan, China, the novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV has quickly spread to other global cities, striking international concerns over the virus' impact on world health and economy. On Jan. 30, the World Health Organisation declared a public health emergency, and there have been more than 28,000 diagnosed cases since then.
In response to the outbreak, China has taken a number of measures to contain the spread of the virus: All the cities in Hubei Province are quarantined; Chinese New Year holiday was extended by three days; and many local governments are extending the delay, with many companies having to resume working at a later date, e.g., 10 February.
