Ritchie Bros. and SmartEquip Team to Make Equipment Parts Procurement Easier
The company's acquisition of SmartEquip, announced in late September, has now closed
VANCOUVER, BC — Ritchie Bros. (NYSE: RBA) (TSX: RBA) announced Nov. 2 that it has completed its acquisition of SmartEquip, a technology platform that supports customers' management of the equipment lifecycle and integrates parts procurement with both OEMs and dealers.
