High School Seniors Participate In Skilled Trade Signing Day
Two graduating seniors awarded $2500 scholarship to pursue a career in the trades
SNOHOMISH, Wash. — In a move to celebrate high school seniors pursuing careers in the skilled trades, Lifetime Heating and Air Conditioning has awarded two Snohomish graduating seniors with a $2500 scholarship to pursue a career in the trades.
On May 30, 2019, two high school seniors were recognized by their school administrators, teachers, City of Snohomish Mayor John Kartak, family, and friends for making the decision to pursue a career in the skilled trades, said Dwight Miller, co-owner of Lifetime Heating and Air Conditioning. In a style similar to “National Signing Day” events for high school student athletes, seniors were applauded as they announced their career plans and received a scholarship for advanced technical training.
