Event expected to attract 300 delegates and 120 technical papers
GLASGOW, Scotland — The Institute of Refrigeration has issued a call for abstracts for the IIR International Rankine 2020 Conference - Advances in Cooling, Heating and Power Generation. This conference will take place at the University of Glasgow, Scotland, on July 26-29, 2020, and will include a celebration of the life and legacy of William Rankine.
This is the first conference to bring together the disciplines of Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) and Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, and Heat Pumps (RACHP). This event will address critical issues for the future and will encourage the flow of ideas between the two closely related fields. It will also provide a forum to discuss the shared environmental challenges being faced, the solutions being proposed, and the difficulties in choosing the most efficient working fluids.
