Neighborly Teams Up with Lowe’s to Rebuild Skilled Trades Workforce
Neighborly joins Lowe’s Generation T
WACO, Texas —Neighborly® has announced that it is joining Generation T (Gen T), a national movement launched by Lowe’s Home Improvement to address the widening skilled trades gap.
Neighborly joined the movement in an effort to help drive enrollment in skilled trade training and to build a pipeline of skilled trade workers to offset the anticipated gap of 3 million jobs by 2028. Through a first-of-its-kind platform available on the Gen T website for the national skilled jobs marketplace, the program will connect people to prospective apprentices from the companies sponsoring the initiative, which will include Neighborly’s participating brands.
