STONE MOUNTAIN, Ga. — Heatcraft Worldwide Refrigeration, a provider of commercial refrigeration components, systems and service solutions, announces a series of recent initiatives designed to enhance the customer experience by continually focusing on what customers need to make it easier to run their businesses.
Heatcraft has proactively invested in ongoing strategies within the company to make it easier to do business with Heatcraft. Initiatives include reorganizing the marketing organization, launching five innovative refrigeration products this year, expanding its service and support from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. EST, developing digital tools and acting as a customer advocate by working directly with governmental regulatory agencies and keeping customers appraised of new industry regulations.
The marketing department has been reorganized to focus on Heatcraft’s respective channels to market in order to ensure that focus on product management, marketing communications, research and analysis is both meaningful and helpful to the various customers Heatcraft serves. Sophia Bellos, newly appointed director of marketing, said, “The reorganization will shape the future direction of Heatcraft while creating targeted value propositions for different customers in the marketplace.”
In 2015, Heatcraft launched five new products for the food service, cold storage, industrial cooling and supermarket industries, including the Quick Response Controller. This important addition to the Heatcraft portfolio of commercial refrigeration controls improves temperature control in walk-in coolers to prolong product integrity while providing notable energy savings for the end-user.
