Performance reviews are one of the most dreaded management responsibilities for new supervisors and are often uncomfortable for seasoned managers. It is a conversation where I want to share the many years of practical experience I have in creating and implementing performance management systems. This management advisory was designed to help you reduce anxiety, conduct effective performance reviews, and master the process.
