COLUMBUS, Ohio — HARDI is looking for industry feedback on its recommended Industry Supply Chain Scorecard definitions. Introduced by the HARDI Vendor Scorecard Task Force in July, the initiative was formally introduced in Sept. 2013 and has been opened for a 60 day comment period.
According to HARDI, the industry-wide scorecard aims to make the process of evaluating supply chain performance more efficient. The scorecard includes recommended objective metrics for HARDI distributors to use to evaluate vendors. The definitions are designed to facilitate a dialogue among distributors and manufacturers for the purpose of making the supply chain performance evaluation process more efficient and reducing costs for all parties involved.
