IAQ equipment supported: The Wi-Fi-enabled Affinity Hx touchscreen thermostat and variable-capacity system are designed to seamlessly interface with the various optional field installed and system matched humidifiers, dehumidifiers, germ-killing UVC lighting, energy recovery ventilators (ERVs), and  heat recovery ventilators (HRVs).

Thermostat compatibility: Requires the Wi-Fi-enabled Affinity Hx touchscreen communicating thermostat.

Replacement parts compatibility: Some shared parts and some unique parts.

Additional features: Variable capacity (30-100 percent) with overdrive ability for more consistent comfort and low power consumption. Exclusive Charge Assurance provides charge monitoring, ClimateSet™ pre-configured operating profiles, QuietDrive sound-reduction technology, and the Wi-Fi-enabled Affinity Hx touchscreen thermostat. Warranty information: Limited one-year labor warranty, lifetime compressor, and a 10-year parts limited warranty on registered products.

Special installation requirements: The YXV outdoor unit must be installed as a complete system. A system includes the YXV outdoor unit, if using a York communicating gas furnace, a CM coil with factory-mounted electronic expansion valve (EEV). If using an air handler, it must be matched with the AVV Affinity constant CFM communicating air handler with factory mounted EEV. Either system combination must be controlled by the Affinity Wi-Fi enabled Hx communicating thermostat.
