Ameresco Partners with GSA on Deep Energy Retrofit
It will address four federal buildings in the nation’s capital
FRAMINGHAM, Mass., and WASHINGTON — Ameresco Inc. announced that the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) has entered into an energy savings performance contract (ESPC) with Ameresco for four federal buildings in Washington, District of Columbia, as part of the GSA’s National Deep Energy Retrofit Program. The contract, valued at $72.2 million, is designed to provide facility-wide energy and water conservation measures at several GSA-owned buildings, including the historic William Jefferson Clinton Federal Building, which operates as the headquarters of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
