Alan Sinton, 88, of Kennett Square, Pennsylvania, died July 29 at the Pocopson Home in West Chester, Pennsylvania.
Sinton was instrumental in developing a unique air conditioning system for the mushroom industry, the ‘WeatherKing’ Mushroom Climate Control Unit. He was also an early adopter in the application of geothermal heating and cooling systems and was also involved in designing and supplying large heating and air conditioning systems throughout New York City.
