PHILADELPHIA — Bradford White was recently honored as the 2016 Pennsylvania Company of the Year by the World Trade Center of Greater Philadelphia (WTCGP). The company was recognized for its extensive efforts to increase exports and thereby promote manufacturing job creation in the U.S.
The WTCGP is a membership-based nonprofit organization and part of a network of more than 300 world trade centers in nearly 100 countries worldwide. The organization’s mission is to accelerate global business growth for companies in southeastern Pennsylvania and Southern New Jersey by providing customized trade counseling, market research, educational programs, trade mission support, and opportunities that connect the region’s companies with a powerful network of international business leaders and government officials. Since 2002, the WTCGP has served as a catalyst for regional job creation, helping area companies generate more than $1.5 billion in incremental export sales and supporting more than 19,000 jobs.
