HFC Blends from China, not Components, Injure US Industry, Says ITC
Department of Commerce will issue an antidumping duty order on imports of HFC blends
WASHINGTON — The U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) announced its determinations in the final phase antidumping duty investigation concerning hydrofluorocarbon (HFC) blends and components from China.
The ITC found two domestic-like products in this investigation and determined that the U.S. industry is materially injured by imports of HFC blends from China that the U.S. Department of Commerce has determined are sold in the U.S. at less than fair value. The ITC also determined that the U.S. industry is not materially injured or threatened with material injury by imports of HFC components from China.
