Fuji Electric Now Builds HVAC Combination Variable Frequency Drives in US
Units are designed to provide ease of installation, start-up, and field troubleshooting
EDISON, N.J. — Fuji Electric Corp. of America announced that it has begun manufacturing its FRENIC-HVAC Combination Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) in the company’s new factory in Roanoke, Virginia, in order to reduce turnaround time and customize panels to suit customers’ individual applications. The complete series includes 208V, 460V, and 575V panels and is designed to provide ease of installation, start-up, and field troubleshooting.
“We’re excited to complete final assembly on our new FRENIC-HVAC Combination VFDs right here in our Virginia factory,” said David Schrader, general manager for Fuji Electric Corp. of America. “These panels are suitable for a variety of applications, and local production means we are able to remain agile and modify the product as needed to meet the evolving needs of our customers.”
