Will reduce energy consumption while providing automated demand response functionality
SANTA BARBARA, Calif. — Real estate developer RFR Realty LLC will use Yardi LOBOS™ to advance its sustainability initiatives at the company’s iconic 910,000-square-foot Seagram Building in New York City.
RFR will adopt Yardi LOBOS (Load-Based Optimization System), an intelligent HVAC platform designed to significantly reduce energy consumption in large commercial buildings while providing automated demand response functionality.
