Enercare Introduces New Program for Multifamily Building Managers
Program is a result of acquisition of Direct Energy’s commercial services business and Triacta Power Technologies
TORONTO — Enercare Inc. has announced the introduction of its Preferred Customer Program for multifamily buildings. The Preferred Customer Program provides property managers, landlords, and new construction developers with cost savings and a single point-of-contact for integrated and efficient delivery of services for their building’s sub-metering, water heating, and heating and cooling needs.
With the recent acquisition of Direct Energy’s commercial services business in Ontario, Enercare became one of the largest providers of home and commercial services and energy solutions in Canada with more than 1.2 million customers and approximately 1,000 employees. Enercare’s service technicians have an average experience of over 23 years installing and servicing water heating and heating and cooling equipment. Combined with the recent acquisition of Triacta Power Technologies Inc., a designer and manufacturer of advanced sub-meters and sub-meter solutions, and related major mechanical gas and thermal metering technologies, Enercare can offer a comprehensive measurement and verification program that will demonstrate the payback of building performance initiatives.
